1. 🍪 “Earning your Food” - The Food Medic

This one inspired us - and so thought it was worth sharing! …also, The Food Medic is well worth a follow

2. 👩 Women in Business

March hosts International Womens’ Day and we have been collaborating with even more inspiring women for some of our upcoming events.

We are super excited to welcome Co-Founder of Love Raw Rimi as guest speaker at our event this Tuesday 26th March who owns one of the fastest growing vegan brands in the UK.

Rimi started out as an investment banker but thank goodness she changed paths to make the best darn chocolate around. Our kids just love the wafer like bueno style bars and nut butter cups.

I loved this post in collaboration with @buywomenbuilt who shared about Rimi’s success. Loved hearing how she blagged her way into getting her products stocked in Wholefoods by pretending she had a meeting with a buyer!

3. 💪 From Paralysed to Marathons

TIM MAROVT: WOW this guy is incredible.

He was told he would never walk again and was going to be PARALYSED for life and is now doing Marathons. I completed my first half marathon on Sunday and I’ve been a little nervous this week.

But wow what an inspiring page I was so happy to come across this week.

4. ⛺️ Is that so? …a Family Festival

We love this family themed festival in Cheshire!

One we have been going with our four kids for many years.

Each year you have to pick a tribe and everyone goes all out dressing up.

What will you be FOX? BEE? FISH? STAG? FROG? LION? OWL?

During the festival join the animal leaders to take part in fun games, dances and unexpected shenanigans and win golden pebbles for your team.

The team with the most at the end of the festival wins.

April will also be teaching yoga here this year!

5. 🩸 Balancing Blood Sugar

Such an informative podcast with our favourite Cheshire based doctor Rangoon Chatterjee.

Jessie Inchauspé is a French biochemist and author who believes blood sugar is the one metric that has the most effects in the body, from balancing hormones to improving energy, mood, immunity, skin, sleep, ageing, weight and most importantly how we feel on the daily

Great listen and simple techniques to help us bring balance within the body. I liked how she said it wasn’t always about what you eat - but how you eat.

Really interesting take on a very complicated subject - well worth listening to and just hearing someone else’s thoughts (including data) on this topic.

That's the post!
